  1. Enter the resource ID of the palette resource to use when drawing this window.
  2. Note: this is useful when a picture contained in the window requires a custom palette. Ordinarily, set this to 0 to use the default (system) palette.
  3. Also note: the palette ID is irrelevent for color depths greater than 256.
